NOTE:
Wholesome foods: Wholegrain maize or bread, vegetables & fruits, fermented milk, easily digestible proteins, freshly prepared vegetable & fruit juices.
Unwholesome foods: fast foods, white flour bread or maize, white rice, fried chips, mandazi, foods fried in cooking fat.
Healthy stools: will have a large diameter and float in toilet bowl, brown, not too hard or soft.
Unhealthy stools: will sink to the bottom of the toilet, have a small diameter or be in small pieces, too hard or too soft, black, yellow or white in colour.
NOTE: Healthy urine color is a sign of normal B vitamin presence.
